Prototype 0.1 explores a comprehensive mobile-first experience designed around the everyday needs of Tribal members. This early Android build provides something tangible for community members to explore, evaluate, question, and improve.

Discussion & feedback shaped by the people using it.
The Portal prototype now includes Council Oak, a private member discussion space where community suggestions, ideas, questions, and feedback can become active conversations.
Participants use persistent anonymous aliases so a conversation can continue without requiring a real name to be displayed or collected by the discussion board.
Members may start discussions, reply to existing conversations, and support ideas already raised by another participant.

Private by Design
PARTICIPATE WITHOUT GIVING UP YOUR NAME.
Access to the discussion space is controlled separately from the anonymous alias used inside it.
Members who choose to identify themselves may do so in their own comments. The board does not require a public real-world identity for participation.

Before Installing
This is an independent prototype.
Prototype 0.1 is an independently developed IIC community-feedback build and is not a production Seminole Tribe of Florida application.
No real applications are submitted. No private Tribal information is accessed. No messages leave the device.
Android may ask permission to install an application downloaded outside the Google Play Store.

Prototype 0.1 is intentionally early. Community feedback will determine what deserves refinement, expansion, removal, or reconsideration in Prototype 0.2.

Current Scope
Experience first.
Prototype 0.1 remains focused primarily on navigation, organization, accessibility, member priorities, and the overall mobile experience.
Limited private-access and anonymous-participation mechanisms are now being exercised through Council Oak. Production identity, authentication, integration, data governance, and broader security architecture remain future development requirements and are not represented as production-ready capability.
